How I make elderberry syrup

We love elderberry syrup for its immune system fighting benefits, and how it can naturally protect us during cold and flu season! Here’s how I make mine…

  1. Buy high quality, organic elderberries. I get mine here.

  2. Boil water (the bag tells you how much depending on how much you want to make).

  3. Add elderberries and simmer until berries are nice and plump. 30-60 minutes.

  4. Strain really well.

  5. Add local honey, essential oils, cinnamon to taste.

  6. Store in the fridge for up tp 6 months.
